How to use Managerial Account

What does Managerial Account mean? 

Being able to jump between different organizations dashboard with 1 account.

With the option to become a Managerial Account we introduced a new concept of usage to Digger.

Its is done in 4 steps:

  1. Request Permission

    Request Permission: Will send the Digger development team a request that your Organization wants to become a Managerial Organization. This is done only if you want to manage any other Organization.

  2. After the team Accepts your request, you will be able to send invites to Manage other organizations.To send the invite you are required to enter the Organization Id of the organization you want to manage.
    Each organization has a unique organization Id which is shown on the sidebar's bottom left corner.
    You have to know\ask for the Organization ID of the Organization you want to manage.




  3. The users in the Organization that is willing to be managed will receive an email with the subject "Request to manage Digger Account". In the email there is a button which will redirect you in your digger app where you will see a pop-up with the options to Accept or Decline the invitation.



  4. All Done. Now at Settings > Organization Settings > Managerial Account you can see who has access in your organization or Disconnect the linked Organization

     

To switch dashboards from a managerial organization, you will have to open the sidebar and open the dropdown on the bottom of the sidebar. The dropdown will only be shown if you are managing an organization.

 

Removing the Manager Account that has access in the another Organization dashboard can be done only by logging in from an existing account of that Organization that is being managed.


                                         
After clicking "Continue" the accounts will no longer be connected to each other.
